Ryan Lehmann
Director & Head Inspector
Ryan has been in the building industry for 15+ years and has a wealth of knowledge in the residential and construction industry, he has transferred his invaluable knowledge of the building industry to create Homesafe Inspections. Ryan is trade qualified with certificate IV and certificate III in Building and Carpentry and holds his units 8 & 10 in timber pest inspections. Ryan is also a specialist in inspection and reporting of defects of new builds.
Scott Lehmann
Building and Pest Inspector
Scott has been in the building industry for 10+ years and has a great deal of knowledge in the residential and construction industry. Scott is trade qualified with certificate IV and certificate III in Building and Carpentry and holds his units 8 & 10 in timber pest inspections.
Jason Mercer
Building and Pest Inspector
Jason has been in the building industry for 20+ years and has a wealth of knowledge in the residential and construction industry. Jason previously owned his own building and pest inspection company before joining our company, is trade qualified with certificate IV and certificate III in Building and Carpentry and holds his units 8 & 10 in timber pest inspections and continues to educate and develop at every opportunity.

Breeanna has worked within the customer service industry for 10+ years. Breeanna is passionate about providing a high level of service and assists with the development of new business along with operations of the company.
Tina Shea
Strata Operations Manager
Tina has worked within the customer service industry for 20+ years. Tina is highly experienced and provides a great deal of support to clients, she assists with the Operations of the Strata Team.

Liam has worked within the customer service industry for 10+ years. Liam is very experienced and is a strata guru, he provides support for clients and is a specialist in preparing strata reports.
Jo Pratt
Administration and Office Manager
Jo has worked within the customer service industry for 20+ years. Jo provides a high level of service and support for clients and assists agents with building and pest inspection bookings and any enquiries they might have.
Erika Lamour
Franchise Manager
Erika has been a business owner for many years, having built up a recognisable, trustworthy company that was sold in 2022. Erika’s role within Homesafe Inspections is to grow the business through franchise opportunities throughout Australia, whilst keeping the integrity and reputation of the brand ethos intact.
